Evangelist Ramona Stevens-Donley

Evangelist Ramona Stevens-Donley is the founder and CEO of Mercy Chose Me Ministries (MCMM). She is from the United States Virgin Islands where she was raised with Christian, God fearing parents. Ramona began ministering in song at the age of three and preached her first message at the age of sixteen. She relocate to Kansas (USA) at a very young age where she met and married Minister Jermaine Donley. That union produced Breasya, Brazyl, Isaiah, and the late Breanna Christina Donley. Together they attend Evangelistic Center International Ministries, where they participate in various roles in ministry, including the Clergy, under the presiding Bishop Jack. C. Vaughn and Pastor Carolyn J. Vaughn.

Evangelist Ramona is a passionate and knowledgeable speaker who draws greatly from her collegiate training. She attended Mid America Nazarene University where she majored in elementary music education. She continued on to acquire a degree in nursing with a specialty in family practice and worked as a nurse for 15 years at one of Kansas City’s leading Christian health care facilities. When she answered the call of God on her life to preach the Word of God, she pursued her studies in the area of Theology. Evangelist Ramona is a woman of great understanding and hence, desires for her listeners to comprehend the will of God for their lives and the authority He has given Believers in His name over the enemy.

In 2003, after Evangelist Ramona defeated the demon of death through the power of the Blood of Jesus, the Lord instructed her to begin Mercy Chose Me Ministries. He told her, that as He has extended mercy to her, that she was to let the world know that He is a God of a second chance. She began MCMM in 2004 and in 2007 hosted her first island wide “The God of a Second Chance-Freedom is Now Crusade”, which opened the doors to annual crusades all over the world. She has dedicated her soul to the will of the ubiquitous God; living by faith in Him alone and obeying God’s every plan, purpose, and command for her life.

Evangelist Ramona travels both domestic and internationally preaching faithfully of God’s never ending grace and mercy to all men. She humbly accepts the honor of God’s call upon her life and is committed to the assignment of reminding the world: God is a God of Second Chance; and your second chance can begin RIGHT NOW…
